Greetings, I'm Lance Pittman.

Allow me to share more about my journey as a proud upstate native, raised along the border of Travelers Rest and Blue Ridge. After graduating from Blue Ridge High School and pursuing education at North Greenville University, my professional journey took a unique path. Prior to stepping into the real estate realm, I dedicated two decades to roles as a contractor, commercial electrician, and building materials salesperson. These experiences have endowed me with distinctive skills, setting me apart in the real estate landscape.

Over the past three years, I've proudly held the title of a multimillion-dollar producer, consistently achieving success in the dynamic real estate industry. My commitment to excellence is underscored by winning the broker travel club for two consecutive years – a testament to my unwavering dedication to serving clients with the highest standards.

Beyond the world of real estate, I actively engage with the Greer Rotary Club, passionately contributing to and connecting with the community. Giving back is a value I hold dear, and maintaining a strong bond with those I serve is essential to me.

On a personal note, I am a father to three incredible daughters. The eldest twin has found success in the executive culinary industry, while the other twin serves as the office manager for the real estate brokerage where I proudly contribute. The youngest is on her way to earning a doctorate in Psychology. Despite our busy lives, we make a conscious effort to spend quality time together.
